Horton as part of the Covenants and By-Laws which all homeowners on Johnson Farm Drive and Poplar Creek Court signed upon purchase of their homes. All residents of Cedar Ridge were invited to the first meeting of the CRHOA to establish its Board of Directors and elect residents to serve as members of the Board. Board members serve for standard one year terms and are elected at the CRHOA Annual Meeting each year in the month of August.
